We happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

• Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

• Packaging: It must be returned in its original, undamaged product packaging.

⚠️ Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used to prepare food unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
